I think the theory is that they are allowed to use their hands, so should be able to stop everything. -

Saints must be playing Manure in a cup final again....

My first father in law played for oldham and Manchester City when they were a good teams. even at the age of 70 he was recognised locally. One time, I was walking through Blackburn with him, and he still got a shout from a fan! I was gobsmacked! Sadly, so many players up until the eighties seasons at least are so easily forgotten. Footnote, my father in law died at 80 years old. I was somehow responsible for registering his death. I put his occupation down as "Professional football player".......I like to think that I made that millworker very content! -
True. Despite initially trying to dump this guy when he first put his head above the parapet, I find it amusing that the Republican Party have overlooked his previous democrat smooching activities and are now accepting him as a right winger. Most alarming though is the thoughts that I have in my own tiny head......This guy wants so much to be loved, that if things don't work out for him being the way he is, he will just turn his policies to whatever the hell will make him loved. I'm not saying he is stupid, not at all!! I just think he is mentally damaged. He needed his father's approval way before he got it..... And was probably breast fed by a robot.

That's absolutely fine. I do it all the time...... Just don't use buzz words/phrases!
-
Oh yeah, I get it, and I totally recognise it. There was a post a while back that mentioned "The Clinton News Network" like they had invented that insult all on their own. These buzz phrases are used by people with no imagination, little knowledge, and a crapload of personal insecurity. On a tangent, it's very depressing to see that the defamatory use of the word liberal has travelled across the pond and is being used as an insult by some of the more mentally challenged in the UK. Insults are fine, but screwing around with the English language in favour of putting forward a coherent argument is just plain lazy.

OMG, Please! Let's never make Forster our captain! He somewhat lacks motivational skills! https://southamptonfc.com/news/2017-02-23/video-fraser-forster-pre-efl-cup-final-manchester-united-southampton

I remember Alan Ball picking up a piece of Wembley turf to plant at his home last time we were in the League Cup.........These days I can't imagine it is the least bit important to most of the players on the pitch, but even so...........COYS!!

I had to google Doha. I can't help you mate, but I feel you deserve a friendly response at the very least!

Who exactly is the snowflake here? For the record, I don't think Trump is particularly left or right. The only thing he cares about are his own opinions of the moment they occurred in his mind. They could be liberal opinions, they could be rightist. The important thing is that he held an opinion long enough to tweet about it before changing said opinion. He had such astrong opinion about Swedish violence that he felt the need to mention it because he saw it on the true media. Then he remembered the media are the enemy of the people and cannot be trusted. He then excused his mistake by.......Oh wait, he never admits mistakes despite making so many in such a short time. Donald Trump is not a dangerous leftist or a dangerous right winger. He is just a dangerous President.

After 3 years of proudly sporting official Saints stickers in the rear window of my car, I FINALLY got a hit!!! It was strangely compounded by an very odd coincidence. I was happily driving around at about 60 mph about 50 miles from home when an overtaking car wound down the passenger window. A very attractive lady shouted across that they (obviously including the driver) LOVED the "Southampton Saints" sticker in my rear window..... Well, she was very attractive so I immediately took notice and forgave her mentally for endangering my life on a public highway...... I also decided not to kill her for calling them Southampton Saints. Even cute Americans can make that mistake. Now, I was very pleased about this. FINALLY someone noticed my stickers enough to endanger their lives to make a comment about them! I was very pleased, and by this time I was really wishing I had put my teeth in so that I could smile broadly. I had not, so I had to make do with flashing back a retarded looking grin and hoping that my eyes were transmitting some kind of joyous approval. Then it got weird...... Hey!!! She said. Are you Trevor?..... Um, Yeah, I replied nonplussed.......Skip forward to when things started making sense......It turns out my English accent raised a flag in their car.....She then piped up "My husband is Hugh Jass!" Now it all made sense to me. These guys randomly saw my sticker, are big fans of EPL and simply are nuts enough to high five me at speed. After doing that, they then recognized my accent, my general location, and put 2 and 2 together and realized that they knew me from a popular home brewing forum!!! For someone who met his wife of 17 years by accident on the internet, I suppose I should be getting used to this kind of random crap by now?

Sadly, the wife is working and I can't get a designated driver for a 2 hour drive at short notice. Frankly, I'm a bit bummed at missing out like that. I will definitely plan ahead for next season's FA cup final!! Edit: Obviously, going to a brew pub thingy to watch a footy match without having several brews is NOT an option.
