There is because its not only the inside of the oven, they will clean the glass and remove all dials etc to de-grease. They also clean the extractor out etc etc. Its a full on job so not something i can be bothered to do on a property i dont live in. If i get a pro company in then the tenant cant complain about the quality and if they do i can get the company back in to re-do it. Saves a lot of hassle in the long term.

Because im very lazy! Plus if I pay for it to be done then my tenant has to pay for it to be done when they move out.

Thanks for the feedback i have driven round the area quite a few times and from the 3 viewings we have had i didnt pick up on any bad area really. Its only when i spoke to friend who is more local to hedge end and they pointed it out that i started to worry. I currently live in 1 bed flat and we have a social housing block next door and like you say whilst they arent a constant pain but they are more untidy etc that our block, which really does effect the whole area. Do you happen to know a house number or what part of Terrier Close is social housing as im fairly sure the part i might buy in is not. Why did they ever think it was a good idea to mix social housing with private purchase!

After some info as im looking at purchasing a house in Terrier Close, Hedge End. I have heard some rumours that some parts of the road up there are a bit "dodgy" I have viewed the house 3 times and driven round the area and i havent seen anything that looks dodgy. Can anyone shed any light on that area?
