Managed to get Basingstoke into the Championship. Won the BSS, Won the BSP, Won League 2 and finished 4th in League 1 and went up via the playoffs. Getting a stadium upgrade from 6000 to 15000 but they have sent me to play at Aldershot whilst the stadium is being built. Getting crowds of 1000 when i did have sellouts every week! Won my first game vs Peterbour 3-1 at home. Reading have recently gone bust, they had sold all there players and signed 3 of my reserves in the summer on frees, i think they were desperate for any players! Southampton went up in the first season and have been in the prem ever since, they are now the 25th richest club in Europe. Loving the game though, looking forward to the new one with Saints starting in the prem, like the good old days!

Sorry to hijack a post but i am also looking for a team after 2 years out. Centre back or CM, played in the southampton leagues for about 6 seasons before being out with a knee injury.

If you get off at Hedge End its a 15minute walk. Plus its signposted the whole way so you cant go wrong!

To be fair its £200 for a 16GB with 1 year apple cover. So yours has double the capacity for the same price but you cant offer me any sort of warranty if it should break down. Feel free to send some pics over but i wouldnt pay £225 for it, not when i can get one with cover. The capacity isnt an issue for me as with iCloud i can choose what is store locally and what i dont. If you think you can get more no probs :-)

To be honest i can get a re-conditioned IPAD 1 of the apple site for £200. The warranty on that for a year has to be worth at least £40-£50. I will go fo that then if you cant drop it. e-mail me at ianausten51@hotmail.com if you reconsider.

£225 is a bit steep for a model which has now be superceded by 2 other models, on ebay your looking at about £180 - £200 tops. How about £150 as im just down the road at junction 7 and will save you the hassle of listing and postage etc?

To be honest i feel the biggest problem facing this country is the benefit system and people who feel they dont need to work. Why dont we have a massive overhaul of the whole system? I wish someone would step up and have the guts to do it! Dont allow people to live of benefits, make them available for a limited time or just to pay to live and not give enough to but itesm such as cigs or booze? To be honest the whole system is supposed to be there as a fall back if you need it and not a way of life. Its time to get tough on these people who feel they dont need to work!?

Got Eastleigh into the Championship. Expanding the Eastleigh Stadium to 8000 seater so im currently playing in Fareham until Xmas! I have a weekly budget of 45k and its impossible to sign anyone as the max i can pay out is 2k a week. Have had to search non league and leagues 1 and 2 for players as any ex prem players want big bucks. Hoping my budget will increase once the 3000 new seats are installed and im back at home. Anyone else taken a BSS team up to the prem, need someone who will expand the stadium by enough so you get a reasonable budget?

Like most posters on here are saying its 100% important you do everything properly. You are totally responsible for boilers these must be gas safety checked and you must have a certificate. Also from this year you must get all plug sockets checked and signed off. You also would be crazy not to take landlords insurance, get a dodgy tennant and your looking at £1000s of pounds to get them evicted if they decide they are not paying rent etc! If you do rent out a property and it does go wrong and you havent covered all the bases legally you will be screwed. So to try and get away with it is a BIG risk which could have rewards but could be a massive mistake! You can try and get away with anything in life but if it does come back to bite you, you will regret it.

Seriously dont do this!! I just rented my property out and i had to tell the mortgage company after finding out what happens if you dont. In this climate more and more people are renting current properties in order to buy a new property and the banks are up to speed on this. They have new mortgages Consent to Lease which they have created to keep up with the situation and make money, basically as stated they move you onto a higher intereste rate to make money, this is what i had to do as insurances etc are not valid if you are renting out your propery without informing your lender Also any good letting agency will not touch you with a barge pole if you havent told your lender If they find out and they have teams investigating this now at most banks they can force you to pay the full mortgage amount as you are in breech of your terms and conditions. I would seriously think about it before doing this.

Im looking to get into football coaching, played sunday\saturday league football up until last season. Anyone recommend courses etc to do etc, maybe i could come down and help you out if you need someone?
