In reality he is showing this season what an average midfielder he is compared to the rest of the Prem. If he hadn’t come through the academy there wouldn’t be this much patience shown to him by many.

Unsure as quite frankly I haven’t got a clue about his managerial abilities or man management skills and do not know who he will be working with. Let’s face it we are in the bottom 3 and will not attract so called big name manager.
