Yep, 5 defenders in team be it clyne and shaw giving us attacking options, 3 centre backs (most teams now play with one striker so if at present our two centre backs cant handle the movement of 1 striker then lets play 3 of them. Morgan in front of the back 3 covering from side to side and starting the play, Davis covering a lot of ground which is what he does best and lallana making things happen in the final third with the pace of Mayuka given their 2 centre backs problems in behind and rickie giving them problems physically

spot on, football is a results driven game and I would rather go and watch my team win than spend a season and money watching them get hammered every week. I could not give a **** who is in charge as long as they get results and play decent football. I think Beattie is one of those players that will have lots of divided opinion. I personally didn't think he was great, he had one good season in which he went on an amazing scoring run and got some great goals. But overall throughout watching him since he signed for saints I thought his touch was poor, his passing was poor and he missed more than he scored. Hats off to him though he was a handful and put himself about whenever put the red and white on
