  1. Good post but watched every game he has played and I have not seen any of that, panic and hesitancy yes but quick decisions and organisation....ummmmm no
  2. Are you kidding, any attribute that a good goalkeeper should have, he hasn't got. Just because he is young it doesn't mean he has potential. I would love to see where this evidence of potential is. Is it being released by Valencia or is it from the few games he played for gillingham, or is it the games he has played for us and the mistakes he has made. Or is it just that when we signed him in the report it stated potential. I think its the latter guess work as working on factual performances he shows no positional sense, handling poor, command of area poor, angles poor, talking poor... Basically poor
  3. This
  4. Spot on, Gazzanigga ( I refuse to shorten to Gazza as he doesn't deserve that name ), looks awkward, not commanding, not agile. He has already made more errors than he has decent saves. I watched the game yesterday and he had no goo things bar one save from Tarabt. Apart from that very very shaky and if KD or AB had performed like him, I agree with you there would be uproar. It seems like some are saying he has potential but what is that based on, Someone at the club saying so when we signed him ?????? Davis and Boruc handling is far far better, their positionin and angles are far better. Boruc has been in the top keepers in the world Lists. He may not have been at the very top of his game since joining BUT what major error has he done. Some say West Ham's first goal when he didn't save the dangerous ball in. Lets face it QPR keeper today nearly had one exactly the same from Punch, the same keeper who was one of the best in the world two to three years ago, pepe reina has done it before. Those balls in are a nightmare for keepers and defenders. What else has he done that has been so wrong and cost us points ?
  5. Problem is a keeper blunder usually results in a goal against. Gazzanigga, has and will continue to make more blunders than the other keeper options and ultimately will cost us a lot more points than he wins us.
  6. totally agree, I do not think we have the best options with either of them but Davis or Boruc both ahead of the Argie for me.
  7. yep
  8. Good Comeback... He was really comfortable today coming for crosses, really assured with hoiletts tame shot in first half, really good against Swansea when he was really kept busy, nice distribution to yoshida, perfect pass and the way he got his angles right and saved dyers trickly shot into the far post was a joy to watch. As for the way he came for crosses and instilled confidence against west brom was fantastic. didn't make the defence worried at all today, no commentator was saying how poor he was as a keeper today.
  9. Post 138 means not a lot due to quality of opposition.... Tall, slim, young.... He certainly is that but last time I checked this has nothing to do with ability. Potential based on what evidence ? ... Released by Valencia and a couple of games for gillingham. Bart was a clown, and may have found his level. I hope he proves me wrong but I never rated Bart and I do not rate this guy
  10. Funny guy, you still have not said why
  11. What teams were thy against though.... Did you watch the game last week and today, if so you couldn't possibly say the defence looked more assured with him in goal....
  12. Why, because I would not pick a goalkeeper who is going to cost us points
  13. Boruc... Gazzanigga is another calamity Bart.
  14. Played decent enough but still need more zip and tempo. Again shocking defensive error, you do not **** about with the football when you need a clean sheet and a win. Other than the mistake the keeper again showed signs to me that he is another clown in the Bialkowski mould. Yoshida had no awareness as to his surroundings when he peeled off to get the ball off the keeper. Very basic poor errors again
  15. Did Bywater have his Stan Smiths on ?
  16. Played for the Schoolboys whilst at the dell as well from Age of 9 - 14/15, Was at Weston Park and the school year on year always had a good side. Bitterne Park and Bellemoor at the time were closest rivals. Remember schoolboys games against Portsmouth, even then had a bite and niggle about it
  17. Maybe, I would have thought someone would have been there with him
  18. Met Gaston yesterday, seemed a pleasant guy. Can't be easy for the lad, 21 all on his own and seemingly living out of hotels.
  19. Can we play 3 Keepers ?
  20. First Row probably
  21. Sweet moment, if not only to prove that football is all about different ideas and opinions and not black and white. All formations can be made to work if played correctly and shape, structure and work ethic are spot on.
  22. Ah right, fry, fry, fry, fry, fry, fry....up the sholing
  23. Oops, lucky I am not a betting man Turkish and you are a know it all FACT kinda guy, I may have missed something but Wigan played 3 at the back, away to Tottenham, Bale and Lennon started and yes i do believe Wigan won today.
  24. last comment I make on the subject before I start getting into st Mary's mode, yes Wigan beat us earlier this season, no it wasn't the same team, arguably their best player lost (maybe). Do Kone and Maloney offer Wigan more than Moses did....who knows. Arguably Tottenham were a better side then, with Modric, VDV, Parker, King.. Who knows ? What we do know is you can't possibly say a team is better or not better than you because they beat or lost to someone that you didn't, or that something will not work for you and your players because it hasn't for another team. football unfortunately is not that black and white
