I think they will get away with it (I say getting away with it - I don't think they should be punished for this) due to the fact that the company that owns them has far more businesses under it's umbrella than just the club. The Club has not pushed the company into administration, external factors have. IMHO, that's not enough to levee a points deduction at them.
However, in a months time when there is no other money going into the footballing business they will then be put into administration by Chanrai when wages can't be paid, and this time they will get the deduction.
