True we are capable of the odd good performance but it's far and few between, we need to adopt a style and approach that brings more consistency. I hope they do make the announcement Monday that enough is enough

Whoever comes in isn't going to be able to perform miracles on a team where we have little experience and some of the older players we do have are past it or not performing, something has to be done though as we are in certain relegation form at the moment! They should however at least get some positivity back to the club and get us hard to beat, Keeping us up will be a huge challenge and who's going to want to come for a relegation battle?

He's had almost four years and one good run aside it's been mediocre at best and absolutely terrible at worst! Aka the villa game and numerous others. In four years he has chopped and changed the team so much doesn't know who the best starters are (I know this season we have lots of new signings) continues to pursue tactics and team selections that don't work and then tells the fans the bad performances we witness are actually good ones!. I just feel we need someone now and the time is right someone with fresh ideas, ideas that can generate that spark again in the new signings and bit of buzz around the club which it has severely lacked for at least two years, I am grateful for his time and efforts here and we did have a few highs along the way but at the end of the day he may not say it but he knows he is the luckiest manager ever to still be in a job!
