I don't get this we've taken two points from 27 in the games since Bournemouth, yes we performed much better yesterday but how does that equate to us quickly climbing the table? Do you suddenly think we are going to stop conceding goals & bottling leads? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

Things we learnt from the game: 1) picking a team with the right players in the right positions & adopting a more attack minded gameplan will produce better performances than setting up defensively with players in their wrong positions. 2) We simply can't defend a lead no matter wether we are on top of the game or chasing it! We look scared when we take the lead & seem resigned to bottling it. 3) The performance indicated the players are capable of far more than RH has got out of them prior to this game, for me it's too little too late. 4) despite djenpos glaring misses (which have cost us) he looks the player most capable of taking the game to the opposition & causing them problems and is definitely going to be a decent player for us. 5) we need defensive reinforcements, we are conceding at an alarming rate, when was our last clean sheet? 6) two points from the last 27 available is beyond relegation form. 7) we simply have to beat Watford & not return to our usual poor performance following a decent one, beat Watford & we may just be able to turn things around a point was more than we thought we'd get at arsenal. It was a spirited performance & much improved but all its proved is that we are going down, we simply can't keep a lead in any game wether it's arsenal or Watford, if you can't ever keep a lead when you are clearly on top of the game you are doomed! Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

Arsenal are beatable but we would need to be organised, attack minded & setup with players in the correct position, all things that look unlikely at the moment, Should we get nothing from this game where do we go from here? With confidence at an all time low & seemingly no one really believing RH can turn it around, we are looking odds on to be in the relegation zone at xmas, the statistics of teams not going down who are in the relegation zone at Xmas isn't great to say the least. If we don't get investment in the January transfer our fate is sealed. I know all the issues aren't solely RH's fault but he simply isn't performing to the level we require, our players are certainly average but I still believe they are capable of mid table if the very best performance is obtained from them Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

I see where your coming from here but should we allow him 20 games and it turns out nothing has improved then that doesn't allow any manager time to avoid relegation. If it's true & the players simply have stopped wanting to play for him & there is dressing room disharmony, isn't it better to do something sooner rather than later? Think how long we stuck with Pellegrino? We were extremely lucky not to be relegated. Ralph clearly has given up on us & yesterday was his way of saying it, you can see it in his demeanor & lack of enthusiasm! I know the players are the root cause but he hasn't helped himself at all, he has zero tactical nous & continues to muck around with players out of position! He has to go sorry like the guy but he is completely clueless, the players don't respect him or want to play for him. We have to hope a new manager bounce can just perform a miracle & keep us up!
