Which documentary is that?

The ligue un documentary really shows him as a ‘boss’.
The other interviews, if you watch them before the one above can be misleading; he seems a bit awkward, evidently conscious of how he looks and that led me to believe he’d be gobbled up by our knobhead players.
Watching the doc, absolutely zero chance of that. He’s a boss. In his environment, he comes alive. I love his honesty and I’m a lot more hopeful now than I was 2 weeks ago.

Is it the time of year when we get fed YouTube videos of players we’ve never heard of, picked out using the FM database?
In which case I’d like to propose Muharem Huskovic

Think this is a much better insight into him rather than conversations with nauseating podcast hosts and/or awkward youtubers reading from a script they've stolen from said podcasts.
That was brilliant.
The podcasts gave me an impression that he was quite nervous and lacked a bit of confidence. I’d feared he’d be gobbled up by some of the knobheads in our squad.
That was the complete opposite in that mini documentary. He’s clearly a leader, with a very human side. Evidently, in that environment, he comes alive.
Pleased we have him after the faux Martin nice guy stuff. Will seems absolutely genuine.

Bloke is an absolute twat. First up the steps to take all the congratulations not the players. Completely managed to make the final all about himself.
Did you just see the cameras were in the Charlton dressing room for yet more Nathan Jones.. 😩

What did he do today to make it all about himself? Semi final antics were embarrassing.
When interviewed, he turned it into a redemption arc about him.
Now the insufferable prick, is walking round with the trophy, not the team. He lifted it with the team then walked off with it. Hardly anyone else has touched it.
Heading to the fans now with it to get his acclaim. How very Christian he is.

It's the stuff dreams are made of. From being let go by Wednesday & playing part time to playing for England.
I genuinely do like him. What a player too.
loved the refs whistle bit too 😂
Would have loved to have had him at Saints as “our cunt”. Would have saved us a ton of goals conceded to him, too.
… though somehow we’d have probably turned him into a non goal scoring striker.

Wanted to add something to the debate about how the La Ligue compares to the Championship.
According to Global Football Rankings Ligue 1 is 5th ranked, Championship 11th, so that should indicate that he’s more than capable
Will Still’s Lens side finished 1 league position and 5 points behind Rosenior’s Strasbourg. 🇫🇷
This summer, Stras had a net spend of +€62m vs. to Lens’ -€73m. Not to mention the loans due to the Chelsea association.💰
Interesting how both coaches are perceived.
Sums it up nicely.

Take me back to Nathan Jones of Selles and his resting defence.
This bloke is completely, utterly shite.

Although we are politically polar opposites, (me being a Lib Dem remainer), I partly get where you are coming from on this point. Lowe at least tries to engage with the Parliamentary system with some organisation, which probably stems from his experiences at the FA and better times at Saints 2000-2004. Anderson ditto. Farage and Tice are Boris talking heads, Farage is strong presentationally but very little substance and would never be across the detail properly.
A lot of respect for this post.
Instead of rubbishing people, I do like that you can somewhat understand why people would appreciate Lowe.
Zero need for frothing-at-the-mouth and screaming “far right” which appears to be the popular method of shutting down opinions that people don’t like these days.
Nice to see that discourse can be had in a polite manner, even if you don’t agree with someone’s politics.

Though we are evidently low on confidence - at times, we played with the shackles off tonight.
And I feel a lot better for seeing that.

Well done on the support. Lovely to beat that side, what a horrid lot. I roll back some of my criticisms of Martin, much prefer a win and bit more pragmatism than pretty, ineffective football and gaping holes.

Just saying.
