  1. Eckert got us off on the wrong foot and the rest followed. No surprise.
  2. Nah, he's the clown who decided it would be a good idea to start Archer and leave out Stewart/Larin.
  3. I doubt anyone on here would have picked Archer to lead the line. I was horrified when I saw that and knew we'd not compete. Didn't think it would be quite this bad though.
  4. Go figure. Smartarse Eckert being clever. For your own good keep it simple Tonda.
  5. Did you miss who we have playing up front? Eckert handed these 3 points to Leicester the minute he decided it would be a good idea to start Archer who has done nothing for ages.
  6. Ha ha ha. Eckert getting what he deserves here. He's embarrassed us. Feel sorry for our travelling fans.
  7. This was predictable the minute we saw Archer on the team sheet and no centre forward.
  8. Shame Eckert wasn't aware.
  9. Too late - the horse is miles away now.
  10. Eckert proving he shouldn't be our coach. He's handed them the easiest 3 points they'll get and lifted their crowd. Idiot.
  11. This is on Eckert. We should be dominating this game but won't with nothing up front.
  12. Predictable. Eckert needs to sort this out quick. He's handed them the initiative.
  13. Only just worked that out?
  14. Doubt it. He's poor.
  15. Mistake playing Archer and leaving out either Stewart or Larin. Not gonna work.
  16. Yeah and on heavy pitches that sapped the stamina - not like today's immaculate carpets they play on. Game has gone soft - too much science and data now for my liking.
  17. I get when people say his agent did the right thing and Tyler couldn't turn down the money. However, there is a chance that Tyler might end up earning less because of this move. Unless he manages to shake off what is holding him back he could do untold damage to his future career prospects. For me his agent would have served him better by telling him to stick at Southampton and learn his trade until he was ready to leave - he'd surely have enjoyed his football more and possibly set himself up for an even more lucrative move when he was better prepared and more confident.
  18. Same with substitutions. The medical science guys are pouring over the stats from these vests the players wear and the data extracted is used to decide when a substitution is needed. Seems like overkill to me - unless he clearly can hardly run another step why not just let the player take a breather and keep him on the pitch especially if he's someone crucial? We have brought groups of players off too early and lost momentum and thrown away points in the process too often. Not enough old school common sense being applied in my book.
  19. Why would you take out Bree for Jelert? Bree strikes me as the type of player who takes 3 game weeks in his stride. He needs to keep playing unless he's carrying a knock. Let's not change the back 4 which is performing very well.
  20. We aren't winning the FA Cup. 3 more points towards the play-offs push is the priority here. Would be nice to win both though 🙂
  21. I can't imagine any players trying to ridicule Moyes to be honest 🙂
  22. Unfortunately for Tyler he arrived with a huge fee weighing him down so, like fans across the country, Everton's are looking for signs that the money wasn't wasted. You can't blame them so Tyler is going to have to start looking like he's interested in getting them off their seats.
  23. Not Russell Martin that's for sure 🙂
  24. I would imagine Moyes is quite a tough manager to work for and has now run out of patience with the softly softly approach. This is his way of telling Tyler the honeymoon period is well and truly over and it's time for him to start performing.
