When my son plays in the Under 10s, I say to him to enjoy the game, don't worry about the result, just have fun. I'll tell myself that at 5:30, maybe the crowd will sing something funny, a dog will run on the pitch, maybe someone falls over. I'll be looking to find the thing that makes me smile, not worried about what happens on the pitch. (Yes it's come to this).

Would JWP be that big of a loss, really? Yes his freekicks are very good, but the rest? I don't know. His leadership isn't great, so he's also part of the problem. Lavia would be a big miss because it's clear he's going to be a very good player. KWP is also a talent and would walk into the majority of PL teams. Everyone else? I couldn't care less and doubt they could either. I don't think there's anyone else in the squad with a real link to the team/city.
