Urs Fischer - Got union berlin promoted into the budnesliga and the next 2 seasons got them qualified for european competitions. Marco Rose - Ex Red Bull Salzburg coach - did well at monchengladbach (I follow them) and then Dortmund took him but sacked him when they finished 2nd Kasper Hjulmand - Danish national coach. out of the above i think Rose would be the best - available and wants to play our way, has experience with a big club etc etc

It would make SR look very stupid if there were to sack Ralph after 1 game having had the opportunity at the end of last season. I would expect they need to make a balanced decision so maybe after 5 games they might have a look at it.

If Ralph picks same team formations next game and gets no result them he should be on thin thin ice. I think he tried today's shit show to minimize goals v top teams which didn't factor in our fuckstick defence. Next game I want 4-1-2-3 at least or 4-2-2-2 with the extra bodies attacking. I want Adams as the main CF, I want Stu and Mr tickle off the wings and I want Mara on the bench Incase we need to go 2 up top. I of course want salisu and BK as CB monsters with KWP and Perraud on the flanks.

Lots of problems, i dont think anyone ever expected us to beat spurs but selecting valery and bednerak for me is like we havent learnt from the last 3 yrs. I am not sure i really know how we can fix our team, would a new manager make our strikers better, should we try another formation and go back to 4-2-2-2. If i was gonna blame players for the spurs goals I'd go, 1. Sess - KWP should of done better or whoever was meant to close down the dude crossing. 2. Dier - Bedernak left him open 3. Salisu - himself 4. Kuluskevski - Djnepo for not following him
