Exactly. Money (Stoke) v location & lifestyle (Us).
Also, considering where he lives now, a move to Stoke wouldn't mean he has to move house. Interesting though that his Doris is "one of your lot" as it was put to me today.
Stoke pay very well BTW.
Just got back from Costa after having a cuppa with my Wolves oppo.
Jarvis has told WWFC he wants to leave and he would prefer to move back south as his Doris doesn't like it up north but at this moment it time Stoke are in the box seat as they've had talks with his agent and they are seen as a club less likely to be struggling next season, plus they'll likely pay more.
It may come down to money v lifestyle.
Got tickets for Test match and T20 v Windies and ODI against the convicts as well as athletics tickets for the Olympics. That added to my nippers cricket commitments will keep me busy until the season starts.
Intend to do most away games by train next season as it's straightforward from where I live, but was wondering how far in advance TV games are scheduled as I know in the past people have been left in the lurch after booking the trains in advance?
Once I've done Wigan & Swansea I'll be over 70 current league grounds so they are my priority.
Looking forward to taking my nipper to the obvious "big" games.
Whilst I have no idea why people feel the need to dress like Cbeebies host at a football match, or, as was the case near me, wear a horses head, I've no real objections as it just makes me look even better dressed, if that was even possible.
Pompey have sent a fax to all league clubs listing all their players for sale and the (cash) prices. I'll try and get hold of a copy from my oppo at Wolves on Thursday.
That's pretty typical of the dingles. They think they are on a par with Everton & Newcastle. They make the skates look bright.
Thank fu ck I work with mainly Baggies.
