just to clarify, it was rejected and offer to negotiate was made, meeting was held at St Marys - on day JP went and at the meeting Crouch declined offer to negotiate or discuss alternative arrangements.

no, its the letters and their reponse -he describes it as a generous offer! It gets declined but board offer to discuss further which get declined.
