Trying to get further clarification - as don't know about rest of you but I am confused. What I have been told is; First channel island pair were written off by Fry as chancers/seeking publicity. first offer (and only at that stage) was MJ one expected imminently from MLT and is seen as favored. not read echo, so that is probably right. I was told MJ bid had gone is as first by someone who didn't know that I knew the name from here. They immediately added that the MLT bid was due and expected to win. They described MJ as first bid - I wasn't sure whether there had been others, none were mentioned, nor did they say there were no others hope that helps

MJ is the first, and believe only confirmed bid. It is not linked to MLT (Beckham maybe!) MLT group is thought to be coming up with better offer more likely to succeed As I understand it at mo from limited info,
