seems to be 3 running on this so my flawed logic says to solve that start another one! My understanding is; MJ has bid - it was first bid on the table. others have added that he has lost his investor. MLT bid is either just in or expected shortly - my understanding is this group is the favorite. There are two overseas groups who have formally notified Fry of intention to bid. One is canadian with no local connections. I do not know how these fit in with groups spoken about by other posters such as Weston and Derry and the new posters. Can I suggest this as single thread to summarise what is known and comment on all bidders?

sorry but would have to give the same responses I gave earlier on when I started this thread and was doubted. In good faith and never wrong before - but would never put my mortgage on here. Don't know huge amount but put it this way - 100% better success rate than Morph's info! I do know a little bit more about overseas ones but would rather not say yet. Nothing sinister but I was fairly confident that there could be many sources of a leak re MJ but not so sure about this group!
