Why does everyone think Schneiderlin is the mutts nuts. He's a bottler who hides for all but about 20 minutes af any given match. Hammond is poor too at the moment and the pair of them do not make a decent central midfield pair.

Good player but having both him and Stern John on the books was madness.

Critics of Hammond need to ask who would have dne any better playing 70 minutes in midfield on his own. Schneiderlin was brilliant for the first 20 minutes and then decided he'd done enough for the afternoon and *****ed off.

Channon last minute 76 Fratton Park 1-0. First game I ever saw, I was 7. Moran last minute 84 Fratton Park, 1-0. Was in the Pompey North Terrace ****ting myself.

.... and it's easy to cross ball into a box when you don't have to beat a defender first and you have no one closing you down. 16 games in 2 years tells you a lot of what you need to know... and it's not as if he's been available and not selected. He's been unfit for play for about 20 months out of the last 24. i also agree that on a couple of his five games last year, he was blowing out of his ass after 20 minutes.

Ha ha... just my opinion. I honestly think Holmes is gash and would get rid a.s.a.p. I've been very consistent in this view since his very first game for us.

12 games in 2 years... **** off. Unlike Michael Svensson - was never any good anyway. Too slow for a winger, too lightweight for anywhere central.

Boateng, Wilson and Belhadj are the key. I reckon they'll get 3,2 and 2 million for those three. Even so, still over £8m short. Maybe 1m for Nugent...Storrie sees himself as a player for performance bonus purposes, maybe they could get a couple of million for him.

If there's a 50/50 tackle to be made, he won't. If there's a 60/40 tackle to be made in his favour, he won't. If there's any tackle to be made, he won't. I was delighted he was released. He showed flashes going forward but in the main, the negatives fasr outweigh the positives. His main asset is his pace but I would back a slow player to get to the correct place on the pitch quicker than he does because the slow player would probably know where the right place was. If he didn't have the pace, he wouldn't be a footballer.
