So can I select 4 tickets in total to buy and then allocate 3 to friends in my account ? It doesn’t seem clear what the process is.

What wax the process for buying multiple tickets given it is one per person? I have 3 friends added in my account and I’m hoping that will allow me to buy 4 in total. Wish the club would make it clearer!

Got a question on purchasing tickets as friends 4 of us are going and I have added the 3 season ticket holders/supporter numbers to my account as friends with details of their supporter numbers and email addresses Can I assume I can purchase all 4 tickets in total for our group and that they will be allocated to each supporter? I couldn’t scan my QR code from my phone and I eventually used a backup printout which I had with me which worked after few tries. I suspect the backend scanning and processing IT infrastructure was struggling to cope with the number of tickets being presented and scanned. It seemed to work fine with the 2 friendlies but struggled with a full house. On a related note, the club should have made mobile tickets available via Apple Wallet (and Google equivalent) so it’s easy to find and present the ticket. Also your phone screen’s brightness automatically increases when Wallet is opened, quite important as it’s dark at the turnstile! It’s also much more professional.

For anyone awaiting their smartcard, can you switch over to the mobile ticket (basically just a QR code) on the website? This should then be available as an immediate download. The mobile ticket isn’t particularly mobile as you can’t easily import it into Apple Wallet on an iPhone. It’s a PDF you need to store somewhere on your phone. The while website, particularly the ticket site, is very poor - not user friendly, difficult to navigate and very outdated looking. The App isn’t much better as it’s just a website bolted onto the app.

i bought a ticket for Leeds for myself and a friend (she’s listed as a friend on my account) and I got my email yesterday telling me how to download my ticket. Does anyone know if she will get a separate email as well telling her to download the ticket? I’ve not been able get in touch with her yet to find out.

Any mention if Covid test results will be required to gain entry to the Leeds game or has enough been learned from the test games to negate the need?
