Nothing to do with the WUO as they now not getting any money at the moment if they go into Admin. one way is they can use trading whilst insolvent to get them.

As i see it.The SOA is now in the hands of the court and is now legally binding, the court case on the 1st was just a date to hear the evidence for the WUO, so the Inland revenue are within their right i belive to use this info in the SOA against them if found trading whilst insolvent, regardless of any Administration.

They go into Admin a few years ago, now they want to do the same thing again.there should a a law against this, they should not be able to keep wiping the slate clean. If they do, who is going to do any work for them in the future with the worry that they might not get paid.

When you read that post and the rest on there, they are not happy i wouldnt like to be at fratton on Saturday. the atmosphere is going to dire.

I was under the impression that Pompey players eat in the upstairs area Changing rooms at the Wellington site if this is true, this is owned by King Edward the 6th school and pompey only rent the training ground, and upto the previous weekend had still been paying for.

Apparently they are still paying King edwards v1 school for the use of the wellington sports ground. well at the moment they are anyway
