Some on here would see that as a good season. Martin will need to be given the players that suit his philosophy, particularly those occupying the defensive roles. I thought Parker would’ve given us the best chance of bouncing back but I’m intrigued to see us dominating the ball. When it works it’s a beautiful thing but no doubt there will be bumps along the way. Watch your blood pressure lads.

Looking forward to seeing all the talent in the academy that were so atrociously treated by SR, rip it up in the Premier League in the years to come.

I think you mean transformation not revolution. Very achievable in the short term to return to the Premier League. All focus should be on returning at the first attempt.

All with have critical issues that need fixing.

Most / all clubs that are relegated from the Premier League are in a mess, with loads of restructuring to be done on and off the pitch. Prioritise promotion. Recruit a manager and players to do it. If the money and willing is still there from SR then I don’t think they will fuck about with a 2 year plan for promotion.

Well that should be fucking easy to do. If you've got enough time in the day please do give us all the endless list of managers that fit that bill and would be willing to join a shit show of a club, or to make it easier gives us your top 10. Priority number 1 for next season is promotion.

Scott Parker is the most obvious candidate to give us the best chance of bouncing back. The Club has much bigger problems than just who the next manager is. All our issues won’t just disappear because we drop down a league.
