So, does Eckhart have what it takes? Two wins in two. Was it more luck than judgement? Was the opposition just somehow poorer than even we've been?

First half we've looked like scoring more often. But Sheff Wed will feel there is at least a point in this as our defence just lets them waltz through when they attack. Given our different budgets we should be miles away. But there isn't much between us I think.

He doesn't help. But the non-existent defending from us is the biggest factor today so far. So many times the opposition just runs through, or gets it on the edge of the box. Our guys are never there first.

I've only just seen their goal from last night. He goes to catch the ball and seems to expect it just to come to him. How does not not anticipate the challenge, or even seem to see the QPR player. Honestly, he must be part blind or something and have tunnel vision for the ball. As soon as it goes past him he realises he's made a big f**k up, again. And then later when he makes the saves we're all congratulating him for what is basic expectations. His confidence must be destroyed after all these years of mistakes. Needs to drop down a division or two.

We've achieved the first half target of preventing Baz from having to face any shots on target. So it remains goalless.

Genuinely at the stage now where I think Mr Anti-football Russel Martin would have more wins and points. I'm not advocating getting RM back. I just suspect he'd have fluked a few more wins.

I like Ralph and his attitude. But if you consider two humilating 9 nil losses, regularly putting square pegs in round holes, having only one plan and every now and then doing something utterly insane (doing a "Ralph") which loses us the game.. I wouldn't say he can cut it in the PL. His time has come and gone and we need to look elsewhere in my opinion.
