After a few seasons of Ralphs inability to see when a sub needs making and suprise "genius" starting line ups which never work, it is all a bit too familiar.. Yet I can't see him going unless we are adrift at the bottom. By which point it'll be too late. Hoping for 3 worse teams again then.

If you're having a meltdown now then I truly fear for you when we sell JWP and Vestegard in the next couple of weeks (e.g. the source of most of our goals) and replace with promising youngsters and championship players..
