The only posotive i gain from all these negative posts is that Saints have come a long way, and the expectation levels have realy risen. We played well today, any one remember last season??

No they dont, we lost one game in a good winning form.

I watched another game then because we wern't crap. Crap we were in the Championship, today i thought we battled and never gave up. Sorry i dont agree with most of the posters on here.

Fair play Brighton my @rse... We dominated and just didn't get the break. Credit to there keeper, credit to them scoring whilst we slept at the back. But look at the whole 90 minutes.

Come on now, i joined the game when we were 0-2 down. The game was totaly dominated by us and we played good, attcking posotive football. When ur 1-2 down a third goal on the break come's in it is going to punish us. But we battle'd , played good football. When Papa came on he showed some good flashes of skill, maybe he should have come on earlier. Still, we one our last game with the team put out. Up the Saints, a minor blip.

Kelvin was a disaster for the first goal and his long kicking off the ball was a complete waste of posession all game (why don't we feed the ball to our fullbacks, play it out from the back and stretch the play) - This was due to nobody wanting the ball, our midfield just stoped playing.

Went to the game as im working in Portsmouth, was suprised by his LACK of pace. He could develop into a real asset but i dont think we have the luxary of time.
