REFEREE HALSEY GAVE A PENALTY AS WELL SO HE MAKES ME RIGHT ABOUT SOMETHING... HERE ARE SOME PICTURES FOR YOU..:p:p:p i MIGHT BE WRONG BUT THE REF IS NEVER WRONG;)

Some are saying Jay Rod was also pushed from behind? by the other defender? Possibly why Jay Rod appears to veer to the left...

well spotted..... But ref gave it for foul on Puncheon...or is that not confirmed.. Jay Rod did NOT play for a penalty..

The point some of you are making/IMPLYING IS THAT JAY ROD CHEATED.... HE CLEARLY TRIES TO AVOID THE ATTEMPTED TACKLE... At that time...I suggest he had no thoughts of trying to gain a penalty OR he would have made contact and rolled over 3 or 4 times like the real cheats at the big clubs who tend to win many penalties...Jay Rod made no effort to con the ref or even appeal.. Whereas the GK has already fouled Puncheon before making contact with the ball.... Halsey is spot on IMO......of course FFS some of you want to give the 3 points to Villa:blush:

Just so you know.... Gallas is injured again....Legs have gone walk abouts.... Huddlestone is on way back from injury...not match fit and no guarantee will last full 45 mins.. Spurs will be unloading both as soon as possible.. plus Saints have better players at Centre Back.......Fonte , Yosh , Jos and Astori.... AND Midfield Morgan , Corky , JWP , Davis and Fernandez when he gets here:p

Ramirez got chopped in half one game...after rounding the player....clear penalty... Not given...... Could have throttled the ref.. Swansea game? Memory going ...fellow Hockey supporters.. Mind you Claus cut Henry in half in the first minute of final.....2003..Did I breath a sign of relief;)

Jay Rod....is all about game time and that extra yards will come back...Good performance from him today.. Ably supported by Lambert and Puncheon..

Boruc has been ok and better than some unfairly stated.. Game time now coming to fruition and hopefully a star for us going forwards.. Gazza can learn from an excellent goalkeeper...that is Boruc..

With a few of ...buddies also running Boruc down... think for yourselves posters.. Boruc is way better than the other two and I for one am very glad he is our number I:)
