  1. I notice once rumoured Saints target Joey Veerman is linked with Rangers. Obviously a Ross Wilson favourite. Interesting to see how he gets on up there if they get him. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/joey-veerman-immediate-rangers-transfer-24549388 cc: @Convict Colony
  2. He’s been linked earlier this year, too. Worth pointing out that Palace & West Ham are also mentioned, so that’s us f*cked.
  3. Also in the article: Valentino Livramento (right back) is training with the Chelsea U16’s after not signing a new deal. You’d hope he was on the radar too. He will probably end up at Palace.
  4. That’ll be about right.
  5. Little piece about him here about his history: https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/2020/02/09/teenage-kicks--dynel-simeu
  6. Piece in The Athletic about Chelsea youth players leaving them. We aren’t mentioned, but says their commanding young centre-back Dynel Simeu rejected a contract and will join a Prem side next week. (He’s on a free). We should be all over that one. His bio says he was born in Cameroon but Chelsea OS even describes him as a “Southampton boy”.
  7. The new team is in place. As Dusic has said before, I'm very surprised we haven't snapped up some extra talent to bulk out the B-Team & U18's yet.
  8. Not sure how ITK Graeme Bailey is, but it's always worth looking at the fringe talent of the top clubs. Liverpool have around 8-10 of them they'd probably want to shift at the mo.
  9. Great to see him. Hope he’s on the mend.
  10. Roughan staying put for now Young defender Sean Roughan has been attracting Premier League interest, having had trials at Chelsea and Southampton at the end of last season. However, it is understood those will clubs will not be taking their interest in the player any further. Meanwhile, any potential move elsewhere is on hold as the teenager is recovering from an ankle injury picked up on Ireland U21 duty. Michael Appleton has suggested Roughan needs to playing first-team football for him to stay at the club. That looks unlikely with the Imps well-stocked for defenders and another one potentially on the way.
  11. Pretty sure any GK changes will happen next summer. FF out of contract then.
  12. Impressive. Shame we haven’t got the cash in the bank.
  13. Certainly a few interested clubs by all accounts.
  14. It certainly does change. I’m guessing they are loaning out older players who aren’t good enough for the 1st team but are too good for the B-Team. The B-Team is likely to be sub-20 year-old players by the looks.
  15. Might do a job for us down there if things go to sh*t for us.
  16. Lincoln were really good last year. Punching above their weight with a good manager. Looking forward to see how he gets on. B-team is going to be young next season!
