I would think this move might happen quickly... They are talking about a 2nd bid already... and I've not been keeping tabs on their dealings, but a quick read-up tells me they've missed out on a ton of signings (& apparently they want up 10 new players) and I would assume they need some in ASAP as Moyes has been moaning about it in the media.

Yeah, John Percy has access to the top people up there. Pretty sure he was the guy who said we were asking “silly money” for players weeks ago. Interesting to see where the middle ground is and how much At Madrid etc want him. Obviously as others have said Nuno & Matty share an agent .
