Ehibhatiomhan, pronounced ee-hee-batch-u-man apparently. As matchday announcer at Fareham Town I genuinely hope he doesn't sign for them as I'll be using a nickname if he does! 🤣

He is a talented player and a leader on the pitch but once his head was turned it was inevitable that he was going and I'd rather that than have him playing half-arsed this season. Hopefully his replacement will be a decent one and we can continue the feel-good factor that seemed to grow exponentially yesterday.

100% agree, I was watching from the media box at Fareham Town FC where I volunteer as matchday announcer and even with a relatively slow connection it was buffer free.

I know what you mean buddy. You've got 9yrs on me but it's a similarish situation (I lost my dad a couple of years ago and he was the one to blame for me supporting saints!). I've long since realised that we can't affect what happens and players will always come and go, it's just a case of enjoying the good times when they are here!

Watching Sheffield Weds v Bradford and it's interesting to see Joe Lumley looking like an accomplished goalkeeper, Callum Slattery (remember him?) pulling the strings in midfield and Yan Valery showing flashes of the player that he could've become!

And if he impresses enough to see the club extend his contract will that make him Anelly Retentive? 🤔

I did. The first one (that I tried to buy but went missing and had to be refunded) was well before the unveiling so was going to be sponsorless but today's one had the whole lot including EFL patches etc.
