If we assume it’s permanent, I doubt he’d be cheap.

I can’t think of too many academy forwards from big sides who would be permanent & cheap. Even young ones who have gone out to lower leagues like Morgan Rogers at Man City are priced at £10m.

Depending how you read the academy player bit, that might not be a forward.
