I would still be very surprised if he's here come the start of the season. (I would be very happy if I'm wrong on that). I would imagine a newly promoted side to the Prem can afford a £15m+ attacker if he's top of their list & if they really want him.

The fact we all want Charly to stay is because he’s bloody good — every club know that — would be a miracle if he stayed, IMO.

I’d take it. Good player when he wants to be. Most of his initial fee would be paid off so it’s a decent book price for us.

If not, we are going to have about 800 players turning up for pre-season training. Going to be fun keeping track of who’s on the plane (or bus) to our pre-season camp.
