Playing with a bit more attacking verve today so far, more direct and more willing to get bodies forward.

More points dropped in another limp performance. Haven’t seen any improvement from pellegrino and we seem to be lacking in shape, and our attacking play in the final third is woeful. Long, hard season ahead.

If only we hadn't assed around for so long getting rid of Puel, we might have been able to get Silva in. That's a manager who I think could have done well at Saints.

Add to it, failures of the last two managerial appointments arguably and it seems that the much hyped black box is in need of upgrading, I remember reading once that we had all our managerial targets lined up well in advance. Seems iffy that the only ones we appoint were both out of work and underwhelming.
