Signing Fraser pretty much confirms that one of Tella/Sulamana will be off then. Absolutely no need to ‘strengthen’ that area otherwise. And I use the word strengthen loosely.

Salisu wasn’t shit, neither was DCC particularly and that’s a loan anyway. Diallo and Orsic are about it so far.
