Brings a whole new meaning to 'dirty Leeds'.

Nothing if I am honest, I guess some people are just cat people. I personally wouldn't want a dog as I have friends with dogs and they regret getting them for the fact that their gardens are ruined, their floors and sofa's scratched (we have a part leather sofa and the cats have not affected it), saying that most people I know have big dogs (Rhodesian Ridgeback/Whiemarener (sp)etc). I also don't like the way they smell both male and female's 'bits' when you walk in their house.

Yeah - not killers or animals that tear faces apart though - yes? Oh - and ever seen a dog chase a rabbit or a swan for that matter? I think that indinenous small birds as you put it are a hardly worth mentioning.
-
There will always be the 'cat owners v dog owners' arguement but sorry people when Ponty mentioned cats scratching cars - christ, get over it.
-
You challenge me, I will deliver - infract me if you like but I have proved you wrong so deal with it MOD!!!

Far too young to have an opinion really;).

Nice name for a cat. Show me 1 of these stories again and I will show you a shed load more about dogs mauling if not killing people Ponty - come on, even you have to admit in this ONE instance that I am right. Sod the crap in neighbours gardens (which can be avioded if cat owners are responsible might I add) killing and defacing kids is far worse. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/merseyside/8386023.stm Nice.

Well thats a new one on me tbf. At least cats don't flip and tear small childrens faces apart killing them (sometimes), resulting in getting put down. "it was so out of character - he was such a lovely dog, never did anything like this before" NO S H I T, if he had done it before he would aready have been put down already you retard!
-
Age old arguement - I have NEVER seen any of my cats crap on a public footpath tbf.

Come on people - Plastic Saint has always had 'issues'.

Our whole downstairs is laminate and although healthier than carpet - shows up every spec of dust, needs sweeping at least twice a day and is very cold uness you get under floor heating. I would go with carpet if I were you.
-
Now, would I consider that 'nice'?

Carpet Barn in Eastleigh (well Boyatt Wood) are good and their prices include fitting. The carpets are not cheap though unless you opt for an off cut of which they have loads.
