  1. How did you know that ??? It was supposed to be a private line More to the point, I'd be AMAZED if Sam HADN'T spoken to Dunc about it ...... " make sure you bang a few in and I'll have a word with your dad about you loaning three or four of United's finest young ones for next season "
  2. Unfortunately I don't think we will be We have already blown it, because we are currently NOT in form Darren Furguson will be the one laughing on Tuesday evening IMHO
  3. I don't agree, W Ham have the easier of the fixtures IMHO The 2 points dropped v Pompey will come back to haunt us. Reading fully deserved their win against us, and the Peterboro match is a great big banana skin. Under Adkins "guidence" we have blown it Big Time IMHO Play offs it will be, and with dwindling confidence, plus an obvious inability to play one touch football any more, it will be CCC for next season From a position of being miles ahead not so long ago, Adkins wheels have definitely come off the bus
  4. That is the irony Try doing the same with your mortgage and you'd soon lose your home and be out on the street Crazy UK
  5. Can anybody HONESTLY say that we would hold our own in the Premier League ?? If so, I suggest you go to Specsavers Our performance against Reading certainly highlighted the differences. Reading were a thoroughly PROFFESSIONAL unit, doing a very proffessional job Saints ??? all we could muster was long balls into the box, easily dealt with by the Reading defence Not only that, our defending was abysmal What has happened to the Saints team that, earlier in the season, by playing football on the ground, were winning matches easily ?? Who sends the team out on the park ?? Who instructs the team as to how to play ?? I know many will say "well we are still second", but do you REALLY think that we will end up in the Top Two ??? Chewing Gum Sam must be laughing his Boll*cks off right now Adkins has blown it IMHO, he was miles ahead not too long ago
  6. As Skates .... they'd be "waterlogged"
  7. They are in with a shout then .............most of them have that number on their head
  8. Great idea Let me know how you get on Logically, what's good for one SHOULD be good for the rest Somehow, I don't think they will see it that way, which makes them Forked Tongued, IMHO
  9. Don't hold your breath on that one. The FL only have blinkered vision of when P'mouth was the British Empire's major Naval base, and the team was top of the old Division One Perhaps FL stands for Flexible Lunatics ??
  10. Call him Un - Appy
  11. Yes, (after conveniently forgetting about their currently ammassed debts of course ) They obviously think that by going into "Administration", that wipes the slate clean ...... again
  12. That bit is easy. When each "fan" takes his seat, all he has to do is wiggle his ass a bit ...... and his part of the "toilet" is cleaned.
  13. After Birch Liquidates them, for next season, they will amalgamate with Waterlooville, and be known as Portaloo ...
  14. Depends on your point of view. Leeds WAS a great result, thanks to Kelvin Davis. Play it another nine times and the odds would be that we would have lost. Yes we are (currently) Top of the League for a reason, our performances over the course of the season. But, if you look at our recent form, it is not so impressive. I repeat, we WERE eight points clear. We arn't now. Is that not disturbing to you ? Yes, I am for real, looking at real facts. As I've said many times, I'm a STH for over forty years. I've seen the good times, I've seen the bad times. There is nothing wrong in calling it as you see it without looking at things through rose coloured glasses as many on here do We ARE in danger of finishing in the Play Off Places, instead of an Automatic Promotion one IMHO
  15. Time for a Reality Check methinks I think Adkins is losing the plot Not long ago, we were EIGHT points clear. Now we have played two more games than WHU, one more than Reading, and can now be caught by both. We are currently looking at a Top Six finish We are no longer playing the slick one touch, along the ground type of football that we were seeing earlier in the season. Now, at the first sign of trouble, it is Hoof it up in the air,( which of course is ideal for the six foot six Lee ) Playing Guly on the right wing is ridicukous. Adkins is of the mindset that he HAS to make substitutions EVERY match. Only the de Ridder one worked v Ipswich Ipswich fans were right. Top of the League ? Yes, we ARE having a laugh
  16. The irony of that is that if AA had been in charge, he would not have done it in the same way, and PFC would be much closer to Liquidation than they are now In other words, Birch is doing his job TOO well, IMHO
  17. They were obviously using the " on line sliders"
  18. If he dropped them a big enough Bung ........ yes
  19. ..... " For the benefit of the team, here are the crowd changes " ...............
  20. In other words, she was "the Bestest Prostitute in the whole World "
  21. If it's double figures, it cannot be his IQ Simples
  22. A lifelong Pompey fan, ill in bed, called his young son to his bedside, and said "Son, our Club is in deep trouble. I'm stuck in bed, so I want you to take this bucket, and go out on the streets to collect all the money you can" So, his son went off and was gone for hours. When he returned, his dad said "how did you get on son ? " "Great dad" he said ... " I got so much money, I bought a new bucket "
  23. You mean it will be controlled by the Police ??? .... fine, all in safe hands then ...... the Old Bill have a great track record of handling situations like "Big Rival" Football encouters don't they ??? The very reason why they would oppose such a match
  24. Good idea ..... at least it would still be used for dogs
  25. Or .............. just a shed
