When the replay is at home and you're in the draw, I think it's a decent result! Millwall should be the ones kicking themselves at a lost oppertunity IMO, based on the amount of play they had.
From what I was told, that was the plan. So I was surprised to see him back playing for us today!
I think we're keen to get him some serious game time for a short term. - then we potentially get a fit and in-form confident goal scorer back for the final 8 weeks.
As others have said (maybe nixon himself actually), it's odd that he's having a medical like this as loans often don't. Maybe some wires have got crossed and we're actually signing him on a perm?
I thought I was going to read some updated transfer news on this thread, but nope. Just more utter rubbish and bickering with Dalek
Might as well close this thread.
Interesting comments from NA.
Seemed to indicate that a couple of deals didn't happen due to last minute hitches, but the chairman is working hard, and deals always happen in the last few days.
So it sounds like we're still looking.
Let's hope so!
No surprise in that result given the 2nd half, it was coming. Did well to hang on as long as we did with that makeshift outfit.
Should win this one at home though.
