Bologna won't agree a loan. They want as much $$$ up front as they can get. With Liverpools offer they'd be getting a loan fee, with the rest being paid in a year. They don't want that, which is the trouble we've had. Reports now suggest we're paying them 12m up front straight away, that's what they want. They will not loan him for a smaller fee. It's a non-story really, hence why it's only on that one random website.
