I think that now we are seen as a 'Championship team' rather than a recently relegated Prem team, it is seen as more of a 'giant killing' than it might have been in the last few years.

Mr. Saint, you obviously didn't read my post... I have no problem with authority, but there should be an element of respect. If the police showed me some respect that day I wouldn't have had a problem with them. It's the same with my pupils: I show them respect and I expect respect from them.

Turns out they were illegal as the police failed to provide their names, numbers, stations they're based at and the reason for the search. Who has an email address for the IPCC? Also inlight of this, I might just email the Chief constable of South Wales Police and ask to have my name removed from their files seeing as what they did was illegal!

I totally agree and you're quite right, it would be extremely hypocritical of us to 'lump' all the blame on the USA, but as one of the largest consumers of natural resources, they need to set the example for countries such as China.

Well his late father is from Kenya, if that automatically makes him 'of that persuasion' then so be it. Honestly, who cares what religion the man is? Religion is one of the greatest evils humanity has ever conjured up and all it has EVER done is cause wars, conflict and death. The man will finally make America 'step up': I have no doubts that the US will be out of Iraq by 2010, they will finally take responsibility for their part in global warming and Obama will introduce free health care for American citizens - Something with EVERY citizen of the globe should be entitled too!

I think the world is just happy that we have FINALLY (well, not till January 20th) got shot of the world's number 1 terrorist in George 'Dubya' Bush.

I certainly hope that we will now see a change in America's attitude to the wider world and take an interest in the the responsibilities they carry as THE western 'Super power'.
