Saint Clarke the same sort of comments were said about Wayne bridge . But he never bacame England's greatest full back It's not about re writing history but just my own thought as a coach . Each coach has different mind sets . And yes I would want him in any side I coached . I wonder if he plays hockey as well

There were moments in games I watched that he had not tracked back quick enough when the opposition counter attacked down the right and on few occassions he seemed to be out if position on some if the sky/ BT live matches . He's not the finished article but still present he is prone to defensive lapses or I mentioned this briefly at the time in a post about a particular game They are only my observations and thoughts . They are not ridiculous as some say . He is a very good defender and with experience he should become a very good all round player if he continues to progress My comments have not come out because he has left but because of some observations on his positional play at times.

Dedicated thread for Bedwetter vs. Happy Clappy discussion
Viking Warrior replied to Spaceman Spiff's topic in The Saints
Spaceman would it not better to have an automatic filter . The negative posts / trolls can automatically be filtered to the negative only threads and the happy clappers like me can automatically be redirected to the positive threads Happy talk, keep talkin' happy talk, Talk about things you'd like to do. You got to have a dream, If you don't have a dream, How you gonna have a dream come true? -
Obelisk Yep we need to be more clinical in front Of goal . We need to hit the ball harder . And McQueen needs to drop the Adam who bum fluff

If caulker was any good the scouse gits would have signed him up by now . Your welcome to him Rodgers -
I would be very upset if we don't keep jack cork . He was my player of the year last season followed by Steven Davies , Adam who was my forth choice .

Joe You will have to wait till tomorrow as guan has had his three posts today

The jury's out for ne as far as Luke shaw is concerned . He's not in the same mould as bale . Yes he shows quality but the proof Is in the pudding. Too often some young players peak before they are ready . Theo and islanders have not been the world beaters I expected them to be and I feel their careers have marked time despite the injuries On the other hand I have an inkling that Matt will prove to be a more solid defender than shaw . On a number of occassions shaw was exposed and went missing when having to defend . Great going forward . But targett has a better defending no use than shaw

Spurs and the Argie ***** can go and do one .

Late edition of the evening standard . Just seen this . Spurs on target for one of their targett players spurs manager has being keeping an eye On the young Southampton defender and are planning a summer raid on this young defender .
-
Did llalana scuff a shot on goal again . He's not delivering . Now would be a good time to sell him to some northwest team before his value depreciates
-
Guan you should read pat barkers book . Toby's room. Ww1 That has more twists and turns than the Danny ings and other threads I'm not pandering to your every whim

You read to much into some of the ItK's batman . We are buying a very good Chinese player hence the panda connections -
Meanwhile over in suvla bay the Brits were having breakfast while the Anzacs were trying to take the Nek In the long grass were the ottoman snipers and the Brits were frightened to advance . Had they had a better plan they could have dealt with the snipers as there numbers were small . Given the guan analogy , I think the club are looking at an all round defensive plan in succeeding with their mission ding ding Mustapha Kamel was a fine tactician
-
No it will be attaturk . A very excellent tactitician Enjoyed reading that bit on Gallipoli Guan Been out there and have seen the terrain . Not the tourist trail . Spent five days on a military expedition walking the same tracks the Anzacs and the Brits took as well as the Turks 5 years ago . You still see bones and bullets etc of the beaten track If there had been better communications available . The Dardanelles was nearly a success . But weather etc conspired against Them including the effects of the cholera jabs the service personnel were given in preparation for the assault . Oh an lack of water . Some of our troops were accidentally killed by the navy I digress . But where does this tie in to guans well . Maintaining Careful planning and sensitive negotiations with a.n other will succeed if you persevere with your target .

Guan needs to post a picture of a seal when the panda has signed

Coutino is more likely to go to spurs if he goes anywhere . Am I correct in thinking it was the Argie ***** who wanted him
