I think that's probably down to the run of good results and not his earlier comments! Nice try though.

I don't mind a little arrogance as long as it's aimed in the right direction. His earlier 'anti-fan' comments did him no favours in my eyes. It showed a complete lack of understanding on his behalf at the high level of frustration amongst supporters. At this moment in time he is cementing a good team and seemingly installing some pride and spirit in the camp and that is wholly positive!

Also, with teams at the bottom seemingly picking up 3 points every week at the moment, a single point could see us lose ground rather than consilidate.

I don't think many of us have changed our views on wanting Lowe out. We're just enjoying having reason to post some positive uplifting stuff for a change. It's been a long time!

Plus I think we all know just how badly we perform if we try to sit back and defend a lead!

I'd be happy to get a point but to play for one would be very wrong. We're confident, playing well and have won 3 games on the bounce so why change it?

This forum has taken another huge leap downwards due to a pathetic, childish poster who seems incapable of understanding plain English. I have replied to your posts, TWICE, via PM, explaining how I was defending your right to post your views without being called a nob. I made no mistake other than wasting my time defending the likes of you when I could have been doing something far more constuctive such as picking my nose. If you want your dirty washing aired out in public then fine, I have no issues but I suggest you learn to read basic English before spouting your time wasting nonsense. People like you have made this forum an unpleasant place to be of late and as I've mentioned earlier, I'd be happy to ban you in an instant if I didn't believe in the right to free speech. Can we knock this on the head now please. There is no agenda or consiparcy theory behind it. Just read my sticky at the top of the forum please. I believe it explains my reasoning quite clearly.

Could you please explain this point in more detail please? I'd like to know why locking a thread that has descended into a childish argument with no constructive input can be regarded as forum destroying censorship. The thing that will destroy this forum is posters finding it impossible to contribute positively without resorting to calling people nobs because they don't agree with their point of view.

Please refer to my thread at the top of this forum. Alpine, there's no conspiracy theory here. The thread has a very vaild point and if it can be discussed in an adult manner without resorting to calling everyone a nob then it won't get locked. It's not rocket science is it? Or is it?

If you disagree with comments made by posters on threads could you please, please do one of 2 things. 1). Post a constructive response saying why you disagree with what's been said and put your side of the argument across in an informative manner. or 2). Ignore it and move on to another thread. Please try to avoid pointless slagging off of other posters purely on the basis that you don't agree with their point of view. It's turning this forum into a virtual primary school playground and it's become boring and very frustrating. If people persist then we will start infracting them. Everyone's entitled to express their opinion without being abused for daring to have one.
