Really happy he's found his role and is improving and excelling in it. He was always regarded as a good player but it wasn't clear where he could fit in. A "set piece specialist" not quick enough to be a winger, not strong enough for central midfield, not defensive enough for fullback. Ralph seems to have taught him how to harry, hustle and tackle and added a bit of bite to his game. His fitness (which has never been an issue) is ideal for this type of role. Too bad that due to bad planning on behalf of the club he will probably have to play out of position for a few weeks.
