I'm obsessed with the truth of the matter - everyone wants to know the truth. GM has presented a one sided case against TL, MF and Pinnacle and i'm asking him to back up his stance. The question is genuine and i believe it is also very important. And i was Stanley but changed it to Mole with Admin consent. Unlike you i'm allowed to change my name.

Why would he not want to answer the question? It's a simple enough question and surely he has the answer because the answer is fundamentally important to the case he's making. If he doesn't have the answer or if he hasn't considered the question then it blows an almighty hole in the case he's presenting against TL, MF and Pinnacle.

GM has led the anti TL/MF/Pinnacle witchhunt. Given his background in business, and in lieu of his voiciferous stance, it's reasonable to expect him to answer the question posed.

They make sense if you don't look outside the box and you are prepared to swallow GM's one sided assumptions. Surely GM has considered the question that i've posted and factored it into his stance against TL, MF and Pinnacle. If not then serious questions must be asked of his campaign. Balance is what is needed and GM seems only interested in providing the side of the story that suits his agenda.

GM is a hot shot businessman that knows everything there is to know about everything. Surely he'd know how DD and proof of funds could be fabricated and presumably they must have been fabricated. If they weren't fabricated where does it leave his campaign against TL, MF and Pinnacle?

He's quick enough to instruct others on what they should be thinking. GM is afterall the "man who knows" when it comes to these things. So it's reasonable to ask the oracle to explain how Pinnacle passed DD and proved funds if they are just an elaborate hoax.

It seems a reasonable enough question to me, and given GM's slating of TL, MF and the Pinnacle bid it strikes me as odd why he cannot substantiate his claims by teling us how Pinnacle could have conned their way through DD and proved funds they didn't have.

Translation: GM is stuck and it wouldn't fit his agenda to answer truthfully. Also you mentioned Fraud on a thread when the question was posed of LC stumping the £500K You disapoint me GM. You're quick enough to spout your opinions, but when you have to answer a reasonable question that doesn't suit your agenda you're tongue tied.

MF will be the owner - the club will be in his name, but the money is coming from another person. That is how i interpret it.

I feel a lot of people have been like GM and put 2+2 together and deduced it's a hoax. MF doesn't appear to be wealthy and everyone has looked at this backed up by the typically sloppy journalism of the Echo and made their minds up. But just because MF may be relatively poor doesn't mean that a relative of his isn't loaded. As i mentioned in a previous post Jewish families like to keep business in the family - you can trust family members more than anyone else. If you look outside the box then maybe this bid has legs. Pinnacle have gone through due dilligence and they have proved their funds - i cannot get my head round how this could all have been fabricated. Perhaps GM could explain how it could have been and substantiate his claims of fraud.

I'm inferring nothing. I'm intrigued to know who stumped up the £500K given the conflicting rumours on here. Let's say Crouch paid the money - where does this leave the credibility of MF? Tony states that MF would be the sole owner of the club - i can just about go along with this if he has a rich uncle etc that wants to do him a favour (jewish and other immigrant families to do like to keep their business interests run by family members) but it would strike me as odd if MF's backer didn't pay the £500K and it would add weight to the question of their resolve to complete the purchase.

Is MLT aquainted with TL or the mystery londoners? My understanding is that TL got Matt involved and the money men are down to TL. Therefore MLT may well trust Tony, but many people also trusted Jacko in the past. I'm purely playing devils advocate with this ramble, but the point is anyone can be fooled by people with the gift of the gab. It happens all the time.

I don't get many slugs, but snails are a problem. I'm on my third tub of slug pellets this year. I'm not growing sweetcorn this year as they are a lot of effort for little crop. I've got some marrows in though -lovely boiled with the kidney beans.
