Many people have medals who have not earned them. I got one for operations in the GULF in 2003. Was out there for 7 months (straight after op fresco) To my bemusement, some non sea going wren got the same medal for driving an admiral around London at the time. So, don't think for one minute people actually give a fuk if Charlie has medals. Infact, as you probably can guess, the royals are highly regarded in the forces in general. More so than non sea going wrens who drive people around London anyway
