lets be honest fellas....(and ladies lol) who would blame the lad for wanting to go to arsenal..?
-
you reckon the WHOLE media, with jounos and contacts everywhere are just simply running/printing what SSN are saying..? please there is some serious self denial here....I would be very surprised if he is contracted to saints come feb 1st
-
SSN Talksport Mail Mirror Star Sun news of the world Sunday Mirror BBC all saying he is off........they ALL cannot be making it up
-
cortese is always going to say he is not for sale...because he wants him to stay and is hardly going to come out and say, hey everyone, OxO can be sold in jan.....just form a queue.. nearly every single form of football media is running this story...they ALL cannot be just making this up..... just hope we have him for the rest of the season
-
jesus...the way people are coming out of the woodwork for this one you would think it was the cup final itself.. its a 4th round tie where we will go out.....get over it
-
lead story on talksport now.......they reckon the deal will be done in the next 48 hours... come on, the whole media cant be all making this up.. cortese may well have said a few weeks ago that he wont be sold...but if the player has expressed the desire to want to go to arsenal (who would blame him) then so be it......
-
Lads like you mention make me laugh.. I remember plymouth away a few years ago...one lad just like you mention was behaving...Just like you described...giving it the big one across the netting to the home fans... I saw said lad almost in tears afterwards when he was confronted by a bunch of home fans by the brittania inn down the RD from home park....
-
ah......thanks nigel
-
we are not a selling club in terms of wanting cash.....but there is not alot you can do when a player wants out to a mighty club like arsenal...we would struggle to keep him if we were premier league.....let alone division 3.. just look at puncheon as a player wanting out....not saying OxO would be like that but it does not help
-
why would it be stupid...? they may be better than what we have...lambert has hardly been prolific and OxO could be off...lallana is injured for the 2nd time this season....barny could be doing time..
-
if we signed austin and this fella..I think I would cry and eat my own feet
-
you seem so sure what cortese thinks...... how do you know that in the last few days, OxO family have not or have decided that a move now would be beneficial..? you need to open your mind to other possibilities mate and not be so stiff down the line....football tends to to follow the rules and normal thinking
-
what if OxO has asked to go...? ALL players are not for sale till the right price comes along
-
so, you 100% certain he will be contracted to saints come feb 1st...?
-
what if the club agreed with chambo that should a high offer from a top 4 team, they would not stand in his way.. all players have their price ffs
-
care to enlighten us to his contract clauses..? league 1 club v arsenal ffs, why do you have to be so black/white all the time
-
sell him now and loan back means that team has secured his services long term and loan him back to continue his development.. come on....ffs OxO would get a large pay rise I should imagine and still do his bit to help us out of league 1
-
sorry but you are also living in cloud cukoo land.. we are not in a position of strength no matter what you think.. very very few deals are done with all money up front...especially not for a 17 year old league 1 hot prospect
-
are your really failing to see the point..?
-
no one is going to pay £10m up front....very few transfers are done all up front
-
wenger quotes in that one its happening by the looks of it.....ah well, hope he gives us a big send off
-
yes...be aware and then showing yourself off in real games is completely different... the fact he is playing very well in a very good team pushing for the top of the league has raised his profile so much more than being great at an academy
