unless the owners of said clubs are rich enough to pay them the difference outside of football then the clubs will only have 70% of their income allowed to be spent...... im sure some will get round this but in now way will all.......arsenal wont..but they are sensible...man u are in serious debt...chelsea have aready curbed their spending... 5live were talking about this the other night and we will see players contracts slowly come in line with this in the next few years.... now, if the sheikh at city wants to make tevez a director in an abu dhabi "company" that pays him an extra £50k a week..then so be it...but not many clubs these days have owners able to do this

no IMO about it you are aware of the financial rules that have to be in place by 2015 for clubs to participate in european competitions etc etc..? UEFA are cracking the whip
