I think I was too critical yesterday...his finishing (or attempts) are utterly woeful..however, thinking back, his work rate and movement were good... I still dont think he warrants a start should we have barny fully match fit...

yeah..I thought it was wide but to be fair we had to score in the first half... even before we scored we pilled on the pressure..just that after we scored, they seemed less of a threat/fonte and jaidi got into their groove harding looked solid as normal..deffo a better defender than dickson which was a good move by nige considering the threat of pilkington who was bloody good IMO

they knew we had not played for a few weeks...they knew that fonte had not played for even longer...they also knew davis made horrific blunders in his last game and that we had changed the defence (two players) from the last game... no wonder they started red hot and went for it.....that is what loads of people around me thought anyway

thing is..people bang on about people leaving too early.. but bale and walcott have not done too bad and are probably multi millionaires at such young ages..

they had loads of movement up front..but to say it had you questioning adkins is a bit extreme..? they are 3rd in the league...did you expect them to come here and lets us attack them from the off and not have a go..? their wingers looked dangerous..one in particular was very good...and one of their strikers (no fat boy lee) was moving our defence around quite a bit

im sure all is OK...he was arguing with Guly for the last free kick though
