I am fairly fit..run regularly (well around the 5 miles mark) and play football 5-a-side usually twice a week.. I never properly trainined for the half marathon last week thinking "I would be alright"... I wished I did..around the 9-10 mile mark I was really feeling it.. 13 miles was hard, taking in the hills etc still did it in 2hrs...but it bloody hurt..my feet are still in bits

just did the half marathon last week in plymouth... 13 miles mate..make sure you get the right footware or you will do damage

just go weekly then stu...or pay weeekly, you often brag how you dont even watch the game half of the time..so where's the drama..?
