you will probably get to see saints win the league...something that has not happened since.....? maybe, this is the price for NOT getting promoted and getting higher revenue streams in...then again, that is a slight dig at pardew and will be roundly laughed at.. who knows

fair points..as for danny, as a saints fan i have no beef...as a journo/reporter for the echo, that shower he writes for is only useful and bog roll after a night on the pop...

one good thing about less season ticket holders will be when (if) another big day out comes around (like the JPT) and the tickets get unfairly gobbled up by the ST holders who managed to get hold of more than they were supposed to

I reckon the shirt will be a half/half design.. as in, a diagonal split from on shoulder to the opposite hip..with the bottom half being thin stripes and the top half being plain

come on..we are favourites to win the league..we all want that to happen.. we were all sure it will be "fun" next season...we all want the club to sign players good enough for the upper half of the CCC..we all want lallana, lambert etc to stay this all costs big monet for league 1..as well as NOT going into any debt the £3 booking fee and the club wanting season tickets in early is the price to pay surely, worth the cost to see saints win the league...when was the last time that happened at any level..?

if huge money is not needed..then why did we sign lambert who costs as much as the NEXT 3 big signings last summer or fonte - from the CCC and on big money.. you really think lallana is on an average league 1 wage..? pardew, wilkins etc etc all will be on good money...

my point was that people all year have been harping on about how we will win the league next season and how "fun" it will be..some even want a return to wembley... to do this will cost a lot of cash in player signings/fees/wages.. rightly, the club probably want to get in good quality players now....some probably too good for this league (like fonte/lambert)... it ALL costs huge league 1 money...where is it going to come from..? sugar dady..? well, we(the club) have said they will not go into anyones debt..? that and im guess too many defaulters last season on the installment plan is the reason why they have done this... I still think that it is a small price to pay to (probably) see saints win the league...when was the last time that happened at any level..?

make sure you get lagered up before every game and kick off with anyone who looks at you wrongly in the Plume

I bet come xmas if we are top of the league etc, the ground will have circa 25k+ most games and full for a fair few after and in between.. it seems people want us to sign CCC standard players but dont want to pay for it

yeah, cheers.. will remember some of these comments when I dare question a sub/result and people lecture me about being hysterical you have to pay a booking fee (been paying that for years) wowzers....nothing that does not happen in nearly every other entertainment venue/exhibition we really, REALLY have proper moaning fans..ALWAYS have to moan about anything other than football...seems to be engrained into us dont like it, dont pay..no one if forcing us..? cant afford it, pay per game...not hard desperately want a season ticket, get a 0% credit card...I did when I went on my last holiday at short notice and paid it back over the following few months then closed the card...not hard to be responsible

I would have NC at our club than most at least we can see that he expects us to pay for the lavish spending going on..
