not really...when renting it is a risk...risk/reward in the rent you gain.. every person can do a runner...sure.. those who do NOT meet the requirements for credit checks (or if private cant provide references) then you would have to provide a gurantor..? sorry, but getting someone to gurantee £500 a month for 6 month from bulgaria, or india or where ever is too much of a risk for many MANY property owners.. it is nothing more than that..... I live in a block with 4 flats..the two above me have foreign taxi drivers in..BOTH of the owners had turned them down for the very reason I gave above...but the taxi company (taxi fast) they work for were than happy to be the gurantor for them why is it OK to exclude those on benefits but not those who do not come from the UK I would say those on benefits have more guaranteed regular income...but it is OK to tell them to do one..? maybe the land lady in question once had "foreigners" leg it from their contract..? maybe after that, she wants bog stadard people who she trusts..? here in plymouth, there are PLENTY of landlords that WONT rent to service personnel.. is that wrong..?

they get this too..my missus works in this area, when she is not giving out free laptops and bus passes, she sometimes goes shopping with struggling famililes.. they get vouchers that can be used for milk, fruit and veg.. wednesday she was with one single mother shopping, the mother in question never bought a single item of fruit and veg and instead used the vouchers to get 34 pints of milk, which she then sells to her friends.. what is the point...seriously... -
to be honest, what good is he in councilling gays if he is straight..?

serious question..heard many people on the various radio debates claim that MORE mines/pits closed before the thatcher era than it did when Mrs T was in power.. is this true..?
-
I used to work in lettings and landords reserve the right to not open a contract to whoever they like..and they dont have to give a reason there would be many reasons why they dont want foreigners...it is quite common.. many landlords also wont let to people on benefits...but that is ok, right..?

Antonio - Will he be a saint next season..?

i said IF..IF he wants to go...not when, but IF.. IF any player wants out...there is not alot we can do about it saying IF, is a pretty normal thing to speculate about in modern day football I wonder what lambert said 12 months ago about rovers, at the end of a successful season..did he say he was really enjoying it there and could not wait for the new season..? I doubt he will go..but to claim it wont happen is naive at best -

do shut up..I know you have only been following saints since the cup final in 03, but please, stop showing your naivity in thinking players wont go if a better offer comes along... -

you are mental....MLT apart, that does not happen to saints with quality players...even the great MLT was about to sign for someone else once and said that he would have left if we went down.. -

how much do you think it would cost to buy lambert..? add in the factor he may well want to go...and when a player wants out, that is pretty much that these days -
to be fair, we wanted more than 45k for wembley...then could barely muster 20k for the next game
-
agree..it will be embarrassing

if someone offers £10m for lambert, im sure Cortese will drive him to that club himself -
Isn't debate what that is all about Points have been argued by our leaders for centuries. And will continue to do so for many more years

Clegg trotted the same old lines out "there they go again" Ad if they were naughty boys arguing No clegg, they were actually debating real policies that were different and in most cases actually answered questions and not just agree with the person asking the question Clegg came across with by far the least substance last night. For the faults of the other two, at least you have a clear idea on how they want to take us forward. Right or wrong I would prefer brown to stay in power than clegg being involved in a hung parliament as I believe he would only be interested in policies like election reform which will serve his party and not the massive deficit we have to cut

No chance He used to be abusive to me. Just ignore it

well, thankfully, the libdems will never gain enough power (if at all) to come close to this barmy idea
-
they were talking about illegal immigrants..the ones that DONT have the right to be here...they are not in the work force (unless they work cash-in-hand) and the amnesty the libs propose will allow around 600,000 of them to bring over 1 reletive each and then they will have the welfare system open to them..which, if they are here illegally in the first place, they would mostly use

YouGov and Angus Reid are both calling the third debate for Cameron. YouGov have figures of Cameron 41%, Brown 25%, Clegg 32%.
-
yet, you think those on £50k a year should get state help.?
-
they were talking about illegals
