can’t compare last season to our set up now

We are playing some really good stuff. It’s a practise match. Lots of new players.

We will get a striker.

We will sign for those places. As I have said Martin said we have 3 or 4 players set up to join. He definitely said that. It was when he was complaining the transfer window should finish at the start of the season. Clearly some of the pieces will start to fall into place after the season starts. For example JWP might play the first couple of games for us before he goes to Chelsea for an enormous fee 😇

I can’t remember the interview. I think it was with Martin. He was talking about Mowbray . It went along the the lines Darren won’t be seeing a lot of his family for the next 12 months. He will be travelling around Europe watching matches 7 days a week. 52 weeks a year.

I reckon Rasmus is alright but he did make a good scapegoat with his hipster image and obsession with statistics. He was hardly Sam Allardyce.

Very true but he was only here for three months. I know you’ve taken the piss but the latest Wilcox interview has supplied the last pieces of the jigsaw which was the fuck up of last season. FWIW it’s worth I’m seeing this as a clean slate. I hope SR have learnt from last season. This season going to be a rollercoaster but it’s got to be be more entertaining than the last couple of seasons.

He did but his job last year was ( as it is now ) supposed to be overseeing SR club rosta. From the latest interview from Wilcox it’s apparent quite a few were juggling jobs, not ideal. I’m guessing that’s what Dragan said recently that he didn’t focus enough on Saints and he intended to this season. Thats apparent already. He’s been more public and put up the money for Charles and Manning in case we lost them. The board has been rebooted and everyone now has very specific jobs. I know some enjoy calling me a SR fanboy but my job enables me to have a lot of free time. As I’ve said before I even watched Solaks interviews. Incidentally Solak is always in conflict with the pro-Russian government. He is pro-west which goes against centuries of alliance with the two countries.

SR appointed Joe Shields from Man City and he fucked off to Chelsea after 3 months. As I keep saying that’s one of the main reasons our season was a fuck up. Then Wilcox was approached in January but he was contracted to City until the end of the season. meanwhile Wilcox was unofficially starting to work for us. I’m assuming City would have been aware of that. Shields didn’t exactly shine at Chelsea last season but by their standards they were more of a clusterfuck than we were.

We have got new players lined up. Patiently waiting and ready to join us.

In Martins first official interview he said in some games he will be open to change tactics. Doesn’t anyone pay attention to these interviews. Someone said it was bland. I thought he said a lot if you paid attention. Same with the Wilcox interview

TBF Russell Martin will be in control of Transfers. Jason Wilcox said in that official interview “ we won’t sign a player unless myself and Russell both agree”

When I spent a fiver on the Reading game it said the video pass was valid until the 26th so presumably including the Bournemouth game. Just scoured my account nowhere does it mention my video pass and is trying to charge me for another pass for tomorrow
