TMWTD but I didn't get many accepted.

So the footballers get to vote for the CVA so they get their contracts paid up fully, while all others in the CVA get 20%, as opposed to not agreeing the CVA (in the hope of getting more for the creditors) and getting 100% of their monies owed, as football creditors. Win win all round for the FCSBs.

Mark: The court has adjourned to try to sort out whether Kevin Prince Boateng and other players were entitled to vote at the creditors' meeting on June 17. Mr Sheldon, for Pompey, claimed player was perfectly entitled to vote under the terms of reference for the Company Voluntary Agreement to make a claim for £1.3m which would be owed to him over the rest of his contract .

With her as an example it's a hard argument to counter. -

Maybe, but then the 'new owner' also has to satisfy the FL?
-
The 'flood of loans' will be reviewed, by the FL one hopes, on a case by case basis? I think they need 3 including a keeper? Or has young Ashdown signed? (then they'll only need two).

Before Dave Richards . . . . what? Gets subpoena'd to give evidence?
-
Maybe, but at least the other 50% of us are deluded.

Was he really allowed to say that? -

This. -
Yes, I appreciate that but this is where all the governing bodies, PL, FL & FA, should be singing from the same hymn sheet surely?

So, presumably, the Chancer has to either resit his test from the other day OR it was already in plaice when he did it?
-
It will be in full swing before most of us have left the ground!

Made me come out in a cold sweat!

Chris: The hearing started briefly but was immediately adjourned for the judge, Mr Justice Mann, to read extra papers submitted by the inland revenue. Before the hearing started there were no Pompey fans outside the court. More complicated than was hoped for?

only one absent from the FL Chairmans meeting

That's not quite right though is it? Very early, after the reverse takeover, there was a lot of investigation into the whole reverse takeover and the likes of Mssrs. Lowe, Askham etc had their motives brought into question. That was where the core dislike of Lowe came from. On the other hand, Lowe did act with dignity after, above his bullish attitude, he realised we could not move forward legally and he took us into administration. -
He's the Mann, with a plan, Got a counterfeit dollar in his hand He's mister know it all.

In fact there are some who'll be on his back after the first few games if we don't start well!

That may well be the opinion of some but I, and others, give credence to what Duncan says. Yes he has been caught out, as he has admitted, but that experience has honed his take on things and I feel he is circumspect in what he says. If Duncan is a blabbermouth how well do some others of us compare? Not very well I'd bet.
-
Yes, and they give the knowledge knowing Duncan and that he will use that knowledge, with their permission, as and when suitable.
